"Soul Camp does not disappoint! Having been to multiple in person events, I was unsure how it would translate online. But it is amazing online! Not only is the community the best, I loved and needed every session I attended at the virtual retreat. I attended unique sessions I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Can’t wait for the next one!"

Ali Leipzig + Michelle Garside met as kids around the campfire at sleepaway camp in the Poconos and started Soul Camp in 2013- a dream they never knew they had. After hosting 10 in-person events, they are thrilled to be back during a time we need Soul Camp the most. Ali is a nurturer: a healer, an energy shifter, a truth seer, and mover and shaker. Michelle is an igniter: a community builder, a lighthouse and a visionary. Combined they have spent 30 years doing the work, studying the work, and facilitating the work. And yet sometimes (click here)....because they are VERY human, just like you.
"Before Soul Camp, I found myself stuck trying to “save” my husband from his addiction. I was burnt out, exhausted, I gained weight, and I couldn’t sleep because I focused solely on trying to help him. To the rest of the world, my life looked beautiful but the reality was that I was just trying to get by. Only 9 months after leaving Soul Camp, I have divorced my ex-husband, I have lost 70lbs without any intentional diets, my anxiety/depression/high blood pressure/insomnia have all disappeared, I’ve embraced my community here at home, and have a new found love for yoga."
"What was different about Soul Camp was that camp emphasized play, being more kind to myself, trying things I’d never tried before and opening myself up to changes that would inevitably come through new experiences. There have been many small moments when I realized camp shifted things for me. Moments where I’ve been able to help a friend or a co-worker with a situation and reach out to them with a great depth of understanding, sympathy or empathy. These small moments make up my life and therefore my life looks very different today. My outlook is more positive, I’ve been giving back more and I’m more present for my family."
